In the rare event there is an issue with the quality of your order, please contact me and we’ll do everything we can to remedy the situation!

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Payment

Customization and personalized work will not begin until full payment is received.

Sales may be applied.

Shipping

You will receive a notification when your item has shipped.

For Custom Stationery (Non-Digital Delivery)

Upon written approval (via email) of the proof design, The Lettery Co will send the files to our professional print partner within 1 business day. Turnaround time for printing is typically within 3 business days upon submission.

All orders are shipped via USPS Mail. Shipping services typically take 2-3 business days. If you have a specific due date or time sensitive requirement, please contact me for additional shipping options.

Once an item leaves our print shop or vendor partner, The Lettery Co is not responsible for transit time.

If you require your item by a certain date, please contact us BEFORE your purchase so that we can provide upgraded shipping options with guaranteed delivery.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Customization
Please send high-quality (300dpi) .jpg images of your photo(s) to brea [at] the lettery.co. We can convert your color photo to black and white for no additional charge, just let us know, however significant photo editing is not included in your purchase.

By sending The Lettery Co photographs to be used on your products you certify that you hold the proper authorization to use the photo. You also agree to take full responsibility for any misuse of copyrighted images and agree not to hold The Lettery Co LLC liable for any misuse of copyrighted work.

Include in your email the text you would like included as part of the customization. Customization options are detailed in the product listing.

We are committed to the satisfaction of our customers! If you have any questions about customization options, please message us prior to purchase!

Digital Proofs
If the product you ordered has a personalization or custom change we will email you a design proof for review and approval. All proofs are sent within 1-3 business days of receipt of your order, unless otherwise noted.

We provide up to 2 design proofs for each item purchased. If additional proofs are required, you may be charged a fee based upon the complexity of the requested design changes.

Digital proofs may include a watermark that will be removed prior to printing.

Most of our printed products (with the exception of wedding invitations) will have a small The Lettery Co logo printed on the back of the product.

Keep in mind that colors may vary slightly when printed versus what appears on screen due to monitor and printer variation in color. Colors are also slightly darker when printed versus what is on screen.

Address
All orders will be sent to the shipping address provided during checkout. Please check that your address is correct when you’re checking out. The Lettery Co is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping addresses.

Orders being sent to multiple addresses need to be placed individually.
