The Lettery Co Shop Policies (Revised 07/23)

We are committed to outstanding quality and customer service. Please review the policies below to ensure a smooth and successful partnership. By purchasing from The Lettery Co online shop, you agree to the following unless indicated otherwise in writing. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Please note that custom wedding stationery clients will receive a separate contract.

PAYMENT

Full payment is required to deliver all products and services.

Customization and design work will not begin until full payment is received.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a print quality issue. In the rare event there is an issue with the quality of your order, please contact me and we’ll do everything we can to remedy the situation.

CUSTOMIZATION

Options

Each of our semi-custom items was intentionally designed with colors, font selections and overall design in mind. That means, unless otherwise specified. customization is limited to the name and event details and overall color scheme, where applicable. If you have questions about customization for a specific product, please contact me prior to purchase to discuss your options!

Production Timeline

For semi-custom invitation suites, please allow for at least 4 weeks for production and delivery. If the product you ordered includes customization we will email you a design proof for review and approval.

Upon written approval of the final design, The Lettery Co will send the files to our professional print partner within 1-2 business days. Turnaround time for printing is typically within 3-4 business days upon submission which does not include shipping.

Content/Usage Rights

Client agrees to secure the proper usage rights for any and all content, including third-party photography, provided to The Lettery Co and agrees to not hold The Lettery Co responsible for any third party claims arising from use of provided client content in services.

Digital Proofs

We provide up to 3 design proofs for each item purchased. If additional proofs are required, you may be charged a fee based upon the complexity of the requested design changes.

Proof approval is required, in writing, before printing commences. Delay in proof approval will result in delay of delivery.

Digital proofs may include a watermark that will be removed prior to printing.

The Lettery Co is not responsible for any errors following proof approval. Please carefully review proofs for dates, times and spelling.

Color Variations

Keep in mind that colors may vary slightly when printed versus what appears on screen due to monitor and printer variation in color.

TAXES AND SHIPPING

Sales Tax

Your item may be subject to applicable sales tax during checkout.

Shipping Notification and Delivery

You will receive a notification via email when your item has shipped with tracking numbers, when available.

The Lettery Co is not responsible for shipping delays or any damage that may occur during the shipping process.

If you require your item on a specific date, please reach out to The Lettery Co BEFORE placing your order to ensure we secure the proper shipping vendor and speed. Rush fees may apply and will be communicated prior to beginning the order. You can also request additional insurance for your shipping.

Shipping Address

All orders will be sent to the address provided to us through the checkout process or onboarding questionnaire. Please check that your address is correct when you’re checking out. The Lettery Co is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Orders being sent to multiple addresses need to be placed individually.

Some items may ship separately.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

Company Logo on Materials

Printed products (with the exception of wedding stationery) may have a small The Lettery Co logo printed on the back of the product.

Copyright Ownership

The Lettery Co owns all copyrights in any and all work(s) it creates or produces pursuant to federal copyright law, whether registered or unregistered.

Client may ship, display, and enjoy the work(s) The Lettery Co creates, but may not under any circumstances alter, use or sell all or part of these work(s). For example, you may not use any of the artwork from The Lettery Co products on additional artwork or stationery, such as menus, sandwich boards, guest charts, or other work(s) without agreement in writing.

Marketing

The Lettery Co may use custom and semi-custom designs in marketing and promotional materials, including sharing on social media. The Lettery Co will make every effort to credit contributing photographers and remove specific personal details such as addresses from designs prior to using in marketing and promotional materials.
